This week's challenge is to keep track of your thermostat. Most people have a programmable thermostat, and that's what is better for the environment. If you turn your thermostat down by one degree, your heating costs will decrease by about 3 percent. Turn it down five more degrees for four hours a day and reduce your heating bills by almost 6 percent! It also helps save the environment greatly!
